About Spanish Immersion
Spanish Immersion is complete immersion into a Spanish cultural and language environment at school.
Starting with Kindergarten, Spanish Immersion students spend their days at school learning, reading, writing, and conversing primarily in Spanish. This process has been shown to greatly accelerate the pace at which Spanish is learned and deepens the language retention immensely. It's also a wonderfully rich cultural experience for the students as they learn to see the world outside the traditional perspective.
Many consider Spanish as the second most important language in the United States. There are over 400 Million Spanish speakers around the world. Spanish also opens the door to an entirely new cultural environment. Furthermore, having the ability to communicate well in two languages is still quite rare, particularly in the United States. There will be many more open doors for those who can speak two or more languages.
Additionally, being bilingual, especially at a young age, make learning a third or fourth language much much easier. We believe that learning Spanish will be one of the most enriching experiences of our children's (students) lives and will be a rewarding experience with lifelong benefits.
